In-stock items typically arrive within 7-14 business days. For custom-made orders or 'Design Your Own' pieces, please allow 8-12 weeks for handcrafted production and shipping.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, our Premium Delivery service includes bringing the sofa into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials and debris.
What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day 'Comfort Trial.' If you aren't happy with your sofa, you can return it for a full refund minus a flat-rate return shipping fee. Items must be in original condition.
What kind of warranty comes with Sofa Land products?
All our sofas come with a lifetime limited warranty on the internal frame and a 5-year warranty on cushion integrity and fabric stitching against manufacturing defects.
Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can order up to 5 fabric or leather swatches for free through our website to help you visualize the texture and color in your own home lighting.
